There are two ways to redeem a PlayStation Gift Card.
From your Desktop:
Head over to the PlayStation Store website.
Sign in to your PlayStation account.
Using the top right menu on the website, click on the 'Redeem Code' option.
Enter your Redeem Code, and click /Confirm. Funds will be added instantly.
From your PlayStation 5:
On the PlayStation Homescreen, head to the PlayStation Store category.
Using the three-dot menu inside the PlayStation Store category, click redeem.
Enter the code and redeem. Funds will be added instantly.
PlayStation Plus Subscription is an add-on paid feature which allows many benefits for all PlayStation users. Some of this feature includes - access to online play, PlayStation catalogue, Monthly Games and additional perks. There are three broad categories of PlayStation Plus Subscriptions.
PlayStation Plus Essential: This tier allows PlayStation players to access online Multiplayer features along with monthly titles.
PlayStation Plus Extra: This tier allows all Essential features and access to the PlayStation Plus catalogue, which has an extensive library of games. This also includes Ubisoft+ Classics.
PlayStation Plus Deluxe: This tier has all the benefits of core and offers three more features: Access to retro titles (PS1), PSVR catalogue and Game Trials for new AAA titles.
PlayStation Network is the former name of the online subscription feature. This was renamed to PlayStation Plus after the introduction of PlayStation catalogues and its features. These features are included in any tier of the PlayStation Plus subscription. You can, however, still play select multiplayer titles without a subscription including Fortnite, Call of Duty, Overwatch and more.
