EA FC Mobile - Holi Jersey Giveaway

OTT Commerce Solutions Pte. Ltd is organising this ‘EA FC Mobile Webstore - Holi Jersey Giveaway’ (“Campaign” or “Promo”) in India in collaboration with Rooter Sports Technologies Private Limited, who will be acting as the exclusive India partner for the duration of this giveaway (“Partner”).

1. Promo Duration

The Promo will run from Feb 26, 2026 9:00 AM (UTC +8:00) until Mar 12, 2026 23:59 PM (UTC +8:00).

2. Promo Eligibility

a. Eligible Platform, Markets, and Users: The Promo is open to EA FC Mobile Webstore users in the India market only.

b. Spend Requirement: No spending is required.

c. Redemption Limit: Users can only win the prize once.

d. Eligible Titles: EA FC Mobile

3. Promo Mechanics

3.1 General Mechanics

Participants can enter the Campaign to win 1 of the 10 available Holi branded premier league jerseys by inputting their email address on the EA FC Mobile Webstore (IN).

3.2 Qualifications

a. Must be at least 18 years old during the Campaign period

b. Must be a legal resident of India

3.3 How to Participate

a. Go to the EA FC Mobile Webstore

b. Log in to your EA FC Mobile account

c. Claim free entry by entering your email address and clicking join

3.4 How to Claim Prize

Winners will be contacted via the official email from Partner rsvp@rooter.io and will be asked to provide their personal information via Control My Events (“EA Platform“), including their full legal name, valid ID with date of birth, mobile number, and proof of residence.

It is hereby clarified that the EA Platform is not under the control of the Partner and is controlled and operated by EA FC and therefore, by providing any details or information on the said EA Platform, you hereby consent and permit EA FC and the Organiser along with its authorized data processors (including the Partner) to collect and process your data in connection with the Campaign and for the purposes indicated herein.Winners will be announced on social media on March 18, 2026.

4. Terms and Conditions

a. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to abide by the Promo Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by the Promo Terms and Conditions including any amendments or variations thereto as well as any decisions made by the Partner.

b. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.

c. The winner shall respond to the Partner within five (5) calendar days of being contacted by the Partner for claim verification purposes. The Partner will send up to three (3) follow-up emails, each providing the winner with a five (5) calendar-day response window during each follow-up period. If the winner fails to respond or provide the required contact details and documentation after these four (4) attempts, the prize shall be deemed forfeited due to a lack of response. The Partner reserves the right to deal with the forfeited prize in its sole discretion upon failure by the winner to verify within the said timeframe, including by awarding it to a back-up winner, who shall then be selected, subject to the same verification and response process.

d. Prizes shall be dispatched between 30-60 days from the date of collection of winner’s details on EA Platform.

e. By taking part in this Campaign, all participants are deemed to have provided expressed consent for the Organiser to process, use, and/or transfer (where necessary) the contestant’s personal information, social media handle, and photos submitted, for the purposes of this Promo.

f. Fraud, abuse of redemptions, and/or any dishonest activities related to the Campaign may result in the forfeiture of prize entitlement.

g. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or change the Campaign or any terms & conditions without prior notice, as well as the right to substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize without disclosing any reason and without any payment or compensation whatsoever.

h. Failure to respond or verify within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification, and the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate participant or to deal with it at its sole discretion.

i. Moreover, if there is any dispute, the Organiser’s decision is deemed final. The Partner shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the outcome of the Promo.

j. The Organiser reserves the right to give or cancel or suspend the prizes if it is found that there are any corrupted method(s) utilized and/or false information provided by the participants to receive the prize.

k. By participating in the Promo, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser and Partner from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to any person or property arising from or in connection, either directly or indirectly, with the following: a) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any of the prize or part thereof awarded pursuant to the Promo; or b) the participation in the Campaign, or any prize-related activities including without limitation, any error in computing any breakdown, or malfunctioning of any computer system or equipment.

l. By setting up an account on any platform and using the services, products and/or features of such platform for the purposes of the Campaign (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto these platforms), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and the Organiser and Partner shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage.

m. Any local duties or taxes (such as VAT) that may apply upon delivery of the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Under such circumstances, recipient consumers are responsible for the said applicable fees imposed in connection with the delivery of the jersey. These are not covered by the Organiser and Partner.

n. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The participants agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi in the event of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Campaign.
